The reason is really very simple: I WANT TO BE HAPPY MORE OF THE TIME.
I have always been an excellent student. I like having deadlines. I like having structure. I like having goals. I like participation. I got an awful lot of good report cards, and it wasn’t because I was smart. What I lacked, however, was the ability to take what I learned, stick with it, and apply it.
In order to “get happy” I decided to use my strengths, in the hope they would outweigh my weaknesses.
In my way of thinking, if I am perpetually a student of something I already know from past experience makes me happy, then abracadabra, you are my teachers, I am your student, and selfishly, I get to be happy all the time.
So come with me, my friends, on the great adventure of finding happiness. This is the part where I have to use a cliche: IT’S ALL ABOUT THE JOURNEY.
With great kindness and compassion to all, Chris
